This momma cat showed up and decided to come and have herself 5 kittens in my garage on my property that I'm not at very often. I found them there in a trash can.
They were born around March 5th I believe.
I have 4 to offer now. It looks like the black and white collared is a boy and the others females.
Male has a black patch on a back foot. Mom has the cute beard and little female has similar. The black and whites both have elements of the mom. Gray is pretty solidly gray, except white on tummy. The black has wispy whites on legs, and a small white patch on tummy. Not sure who is the father or if I've ever seen him. She may have been brought there already pregnant. Seemed to just appear.
She is pretty sweet. Was very scared at first, but warmed upright away. Would be good as a pet and am looking to rehome her as well. Quite loving and likes attention. I let the babies be for the first month. They were starting to hiss and spit but brought them home to make sure I socialize them, and they are already getting better with that. They have started playing more now, and crying much less. I think there's a great chance they will also become great pets. I didn't want to leave them there alone to just become feral.
I still see them nursing sometimes, but they've been eating solid food primarily for over 2 weeks now, so I think they are ready for their forever homes! And I put a little box out there, and it seemed like it was just mostly natural for them to start using it, so there should be good progress with the litter box training already.
Asking $50 rehoming fee for the gray and $25 each for the black and black & whites. Want to make sure they have a good chance at a happy life because they are cutie pies. I do have several more pictures available.
You'll have to come to Pearland or if you are closer to Brazoria, I can meet you there if we plan it ahead. You can have a new kitten tomorrow!
